These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Adam Levine Guitar Method (the "Method"), the Adam Loves Guitar Academy (the "Academy"), and all related services, content, and materials provided by Adam Loves Guitar LLC ("The Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing or accessing the Method or the Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.
1. General Provisions
Service Provider: The services are provided by Adam Loves Guitar LLC, a company registered in the United States, Wilmington, Delaware, with its official address at 1207 Delaware Ave #4324, Wilmington DE 19806.
Method Duration: The core Adam Levine Guitar Method program is a one (1) year comprehensive program.
2. The Adam Levine Guitar Method & Academy Access
2.1 Method Components Included:
Your purchase of The Adam Levine Guitar Method grants you full access for one (1) year to:
Live Classes: Thirty-two (32) live coaching classes delivered via Zoom (8 classes per quarter).
Curriculum Materials: Digital access to all associated audio, videos, and downloadable materials, including PDFs and book chapters of The Adam Levine Guitar Method.
Community Access: Access to the private online community.
Academy Access: One (1) year of full access to The Adam Loves Guitar Academy.
2.2 Live Class Scheduling & Rescheduling:
The Method is structured with 8 live classes per quarter. This schedule includes time for necessary adjustments. While The Company will make every effort to adhere to the schedule, class times or dates may be adjusted. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a live class, The Company reserves the right to provide an appropriate make-up session or recording.
3. Payment, Enrollment, and Transfers (No Refunds)
3.1 No Refund Policy:
All sales for The Adam Levine Guitar Method are final. The Company does not offer refunds. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
3.2 Enrollment Transfer Policy:
In lieu of refunds, if you are unable to continue the Method for any reason, you may request to transfer your current membership to a future cohort. The Company plans to reopen enrollment doors twice per year. All transfer requests must be made in writing to the Company.
3.3 Payment Options:
You may enroll via:
One-Time Fee: Payment of the full price in advance.
Payment Plans: Payment plans consist of an initial inscription fee followed by recurring monthly payments until the total amount of the course is paid off.
3.4 Payment Failure and Restricted Access:
If any scheduled payment under a payment plan is missed, you will be notified via email.
The Company will automatically retry the charge up to three (3) times.
If payment remains unsuccessful after three retries, access to your account and all associated Method/Academy materials will be immediately restricted until communication is established with The Company, and a satisfactory payment plan or resolution is agreed upon.
4. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
4.1 Ownership:
All materials provided within The Adam Levine Guitar Method and The Adam Loves Guitar Academy, including but not limited to videos, audio, text, graphics, course methodologies, and the 32-chapter book (collectively, the "Content"), are the copyrighted property of Adam Levine and Adam Loves Guitar LLC. All rights are reserved.
4.2 Prohibited Usage:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
You expressly agree that you will not:
Share, redistribute, or sell any of the Content to any third party.
Download video or protected audio recordings. Downloadable PDFs and specific audio examples explicitly offered for download are the only exceptions.
Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the Content without express written permission from Adam Loves Guitar LLC.
Post any Content publicly or on any external website, forum, social media, or file-sharing service.
Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access to the Method and may subject you to legal liability.
5. Community Guidelines and User Conduct
5.1 Rules of Conduct:
The private community is intended to be a supportive, focused, and safe environment for learning. You agree to adhere to the following strict rules:
No Harassment or Abuse: Harassment, spamming, bullying, or any language that reduces the confidence or inner joy of another human being is strictly prohibited.
Zero Tolerance: Racist, homophobic, transphobic, or other discriminatory comments will not be tolerated.
No Illegal Content: Sharing illegal content, copyrighted material, or engaging in any unlawful activity is forbidden.
5.2 Reporting Violations:
Users who believe the rules are being violated must report posts or actions directly to the community moderator(s) using the designated report function within the community platform.
5.3 Enforcement and Termination:
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently remove any user from the private community and/or the entire Method and Academy without refund for repeated or severe violations of these Community Guidelines or any other part of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Company provides the Method and the Academy on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific results from using the Method. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Method or Academy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
