Terms and Conditions for The Adam Levine Guitar Method

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and access to The Adam Levine Guitar Method (the “Method”), the Adam Loves Guitar Academy (the “Academy”), and all associated services, programs, and digital materials provided by Adam Loves Guitar LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing or participating in the Method, Academy, or any related offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not enroll or use our services.
1. General Provisions
Service Provider: Adam Loves Guitar LLC 1207 Delaware Ave #4324 Wilmington, DE 19806 United States
Method Format: A guided, year-long transformation program for guitarists, including structured curriculum, mentorship, community support, and lifetime course access.
Community Platform: Access is delivered through Go High Level (GHL), Nas.io, and other affiliated platforms at our discretion.
2. Program Access & Components
2.1 What's Included with ALGM Enrollment:
Upon enrollment in The Adam Levine Guitar Method, you will receive:
1. Live Mentorship: 32 live group coaching calls over 12 months with Adam Levine (8 per quarter).
2. Course Access: Lifetime access to all core digital modules and resources.
3. Bonus Courses: Full access to the Signature Course Library, including:
Fretboard Note Recognition
Best Minor Pentatonic Course
Storytelling Solos
Art of Rhythm Guitar
4. Academy Membership: 12 months of full access to the Adam Loves Guitar Academy, which includes:
Monthly live workshops
Guest masterclasses
Resource libraries
Private practice community
2.2 Class Schedule & Rescheduling
Live classes are scheduled across 4 quarters. While we strive to maintain a consistent calendar, The Company reserves the right to reschedule or substitute any class with recorded material or make-up sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment, Plans & Refunds
3.1 No Refund Policy
All enrollments are non-refundable. This includes one-time payments and payment plans. By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for the payment commitment, regardless of participation level.
3.2 Payment Plan Terms
We offer flexible installment options. Upon selecting a payment plan:
Your first payment is due immediately.
Subsequent payments will be auto-charged monthly according to the plan chosen (e.g. 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month).
The total owed reflects full tuition, including applicable administrative fees for long-term plans.
Failure to complete your payment plan does not release you from the financial obligation.
3.3 Failed Payments & Account Access
If a payment fails:
You will be notified and the system will attempt up to three (3) retries.
If unresolved, access to the Method, Academy, and all associated content will be paused until the payment issue is addressed.
Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from the program without refund.
3.4 Transfer Policy
We understand life happens. If you cannot complete your cohort, you may submit a written request to transfer to a future round of the program. Transfer approvals are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.
4. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
4.1 Ownership
All content provided by Adam Loves Guitar—including video lessons, live sessions, written materials, jam tracks, frameworks, methods, and community assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of Adam Loves Guitar LLC.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You receive a personal, non-commercial license to access and use materials within the bounds of your membership.
You agree NOT to:
Share, reproduce, or resell any part of the course.
Distribute content publicly or via file-sharing platforms.
Record or redistribute live sessions or protected videos.
Teach or repurpose our curriculum as your own.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of access without refund and may result in legal action.
5. Community Guidelines
We foster a high-integrity, inclusive learning environment inside the ALG Guitar Community.
By joining, you agree to:
Be respectful, supportive, and open to feedback.
Refrain from hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior.
Avoid spam, self-promotion, or irrelevant posts.
We reserve the right to:
Remove any user from the community without refund for violations.
Suspend or permanently ban accounts based on severity or repeated behavior.
If you experience inappropriate conduct within the platform, please report it directly to our support team or moderator.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This program is educational in nature. Results will vary based on individual effort, consistency, and musical background.
Adam Loves Guitar LLC is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from your participation.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of specific results or musical achievements.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services, offerings, or policies. Continued use of the Method or Academy constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
