Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Adam Loves Guitar, LLC

These Partner Program Terms & Conditions (“Partner Terms”) govern your participation in the Adam Loves Guitar Partner Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Partner Terms, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

To apply, you must submit a completed Partner Application through our website.
We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.
Partners must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
Partners may be required to provide additional information, including tax documentation (W-9 for U.S. residents; W-8BEN for non-U.S. partners).

2. Partnership Rewards

As a Partner, you earn rewards for referrals made through your unique partner link:

The Academy Membership:
- $10 recurring reward for each month a referred member remains active.
- $100 flat reward for each annual subscription.
Signature Courses:
- 20% of the purchase price per direct sale.
The Adam Levine Guitar Method (Year Program):
- $200 flat reward per direct sale.

Conditions:

Rewards apply only to direct sales generated through your partner link.
Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will result in reversal of associated rewards.
Rewards cannot be earned on your own purchases.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are tracked using cookies and partner links provided by the Company.
The standard cookie duration is 30 days from the first click, unless otherwise specified.
The Company is not responsible for failures in tracking due to user actions (e.g., clearing cookies, using ad blockers).

4. Payouts

Payment Methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or international transfer via Wise.com.
Minimum Payout: Partners must accrue at least $50 USD in earned rewards before requesting a payout.
Payout Schedule: Rewards are paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of the month in which they were earned.
Tax Forms: Partners must provide a valid W-9 (U.S.) or W-8BEN (non-U.S.) before receiving payment. Failure to provide tax documentation may delay or prevent payouts.

5. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

Promote Adam Loves Guitar in a manner consistent with our brand and reputation.
Use only approved marketing materials provided by the Company, unless prior written consent is obtained.
Disclose partner relationship clearly and conspicuously, in compliance with FTC guidelines and other applicable advertising laws.
Avoid misleading, false, or deceptive claims about Adam Loves Guitar or its products.

6. Prohibited Activities

Partners may not:

Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising to generate referrals.
Bid on Company trademarks (including “Adam Loves Guitar” or “Adam Levine Guitar Method”) in paid search campaigns without prior written consent.
Misrepresent themselves as the Company or act as an official representative.
Place partner links on websites containing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or adult content.
Engage in any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals.

Violations may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.

7. Relationship of Parties

Partners are independent contractors, not employees, joint ventures, or agents of the Company.
Nothing in these Partner Terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Upon termination, access to the Partner Dashboard will be revoked, and accrued but unpaid rewards will be processed according to these Partner Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from participation in the Program. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total rewards paid to you under the Program in the 6 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam Loves Guitar, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Program or your violation of these Partner Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Partner Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Updates to the Partner Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Partner Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
