1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of adamlovesguitar.com and its subdomains (the "Site") and the purchase of digital products and services offered by Adam Loves Guitar, LLC ("ALG," "we," "us"). By using the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Products

  • Signature Courses — one-time-purchase digital courses with lifetime access for your personal use. "Lifetime access" refers to the operating lifetime of Adam Loves Guitar, LLC — that is, for as long as ALG maintains the Site and member portal — and not to the lifetime of the purchaser.
  • The Academy Membership — a subscription membership ($37/month billed annually, or $57/month billed monthly, at the time of writing) including live workshops, a recording library, study materials, and community access.
  • The Adam Levine Guitar Method — a cohort-based professional course purchased directly on the Site. Its price, schedule, payment plan and refund window are stated on the enrollment page at the time of purchase.
  • Merchandise — physical goods sold via our store at merch.adamlovesguitar.com, operated through Fourthwall, which applies its own purchase terms at checkout.

3. Accounts & Access

Course and membership content is delivered through our member portal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing access with non-purchasers is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellation

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By purchasing a subscription (such as the Academy), you authorize recurring charges at the stated price and interval until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except as described in Section 5.

5. Refunds — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Signature Courses and the Academy membership include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund of that purchase — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given product, not to renewals. Refund terms for the Method are provided to admitted applicants as part of their enrollment agreement. Merchandise returns are handled under the store's return policy at merch.adamlovesguitar.com.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All content on the Site and in our products — videos, workbooks, tabs, diagrams, recordings, methods, and trademarks including the Nucleus Patterns Method™ and The Adam Levine Guitar Method — is owned by ALG or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, publicly perform, or use the content to create derivative teaching materials without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or community spaces: no harassment of other members, no spam or solicitation, no uploading unlawful content, and no attempting to access content you have not purchased. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Live Sessions & Recordings

Live workshops and classes may be recorded, and recordings are added to the member library. By participating with camera, microphone, or chat, you consent to appearing in such recordings as part of the member experience.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We teach proven systems, but musical progress depends on your practice and circumstances. Testimonials on the Site reflect individual experiences; results vary and are not guaranteed.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

The Site links to and integrates third-party services (payment processors, the Fourthwall store, YouTube, social platforms). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
