  • Information you provide: name and email when you join our newsletter, take the Fretboard Challenge, apply for the Method, register for a workshop, or contact support; billing details when you purchase (processed by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers); responses you submit in quizzes, applications, and community spaces.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser data, pages visited, and interaction data via cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) that help us measure and improve our marketing.
  • Quiz and assessment results: your Fretboard Challenge score and tier, used to personalize the recommendations and emails you receive.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the products you purchase: course access, membership content, live session links, and support.
  • To send you emails you've requested — lesson content, recommendations based on your quiz results, product updates, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
